📦 Important Notice for Our U.S. Customers
Dear tea lovers in the United States,
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs policy, Chunghwa Post (Taiwan Post) has suspended all parcel shipments containing goods to the United States.
Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. government will fully suspend the Duty-Free de minimis Treatment. This means that all goods valued at $800 or less will now be subject to import duties.
�However, Taiwan Post currently does not have a system in place to collect these duties in advance, and airlines are not yet able to pay U.S. duties on behalf of senders.
🔴 As a result, Chunghwa Post will no longer accept parcels with goods bound for the U.S. starting August 26. This includes EMS (with goods), international parcels, ePacket, and small packets.
👉 Therefore, we are temporarily suspending new U.S. orders until further notice.
But there's good news!
✅ You can still order your favorite teas using DHL Express shipping, which remains fully operational.
