Breaking Barriers to Education

This quarter, 312 children across Arusha and surrounding districts received essential school materials—reducing cost barriers that often keep vulnerable children out of school.

But support didn’t stop there. Parents engaged in child protection sessions, strengthening accountability at household level.

When families are involved, children stay in school longer—and thrive.

School Uniform Distribution – Supporting Education with Dignity

HYFY successfully distributed school uniforms to supported children for the 2026 academic year, removing economic barriers to learning and promoting dignity, motivation, and school readiness.
This initiative strengthens retention and reinforces community commitment to education especially for vulnerable learners.
