Our production team was present to provide live coverage of the inauguration of the Maweni Limestone cement factory in Tanga on February 27, 2025 where the President of Tanzania Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan and the Minister of Construction Abdallah Ulega were the Guests on this monumental event.
The Minister of Construction had praised President Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan for her transformative impact on Tanzania's industrial sector.
Speaking at the inauguration of the Maweni Limestone cement factory in Tanga on February 27, 2025, he highlighted that the number of industries in the country has increased from approximately 52,000 in 2019–2021 to 80,179 under her leadership.
