Utt Projects and Infrastructure Development Plc

As part of our project in Infrastructure Development, we have surveyed (5000) plots in Bukoba, (2500) in Lindi, (about 1200) in Sengerema, 400 plots in Morogoro town and currently 246 serviced plots out of 1000 plots in Mapinga Area, Bagamoyo District. Mapinga is 20kms from Bagamoyo Town, 30kms from Mwenge Dar es Salaam, 2kms to the ocean (fish market & Changwahela village).

The plots available in Mapinga are of various uses and sizes as per the town planning requirements (i.e. residential, commercial, institutional, religious, mixed use, health, market, housing estates & educational use).

The costs of the plots is Tanzanian Shillings twenty five thousand per square meter (Tzs; 25,000.00/m2). Forms are available at Postal Bank Branches in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Lindi and Mtwara at a cost of Tshs: 20,000.00.
