"Pursuant to Section 31 of the Non Government Organizations Act [Cap 56 R:E 2023] read together with the second schedule of the Non Government Organization Regulation [GN 152 of 2004], you are required to file Annual Activity Reports, Annual Audited Reports, Annual fees TShs. 50,000/= or USD 100 for International NGOs.
Penalty shall be imposed for late submission. Pay your bill and submit your Annual Report before or on 15 April this year."
