🧐What separates a winning trader from a losing trader is their psychological mindset. We were talking with some of our community students today during our market review webinar who in some sense, had very typical stories – they tried everything, from forex robots, signal services, listening to expert trade advice, reading all kinds of books, etc. but no matter what they did, they still were consistently losing. They are definitely dedicated and sincerely want to learn to trade the forex market successfully so it is not a question of effort. Particularly, they seemed to have trouble dealing with losses and asked us how we dealt with them. We asked them how they dealt with them just to get an idea of what their forex trading mindset was and where they were coming from. In summary there are this three points to consider:

1. Know what you are trading
2. Make a commitment and stick to it
3. Don’t give up.

In addition, this are five pointers on Key Characteristics of a Winning Trader:

☺️They are all comfortable with taking risks.
👛They are capable of quickly adjusting to changing market conditions
🔸They are disciplined in their trading and can view the market objectively, regardless of how current market action is affecting their account balance.
👏They don’t give in to being excessively excited about winning trades or excessively despairing about losing trades.
🧏‍♂️They make the necessary effort and take the necessary steps to be self-disciplined traders who operate with strict money and risk management rules.
