"Green" bonds. Ukrenergo offered creditors the terms of debt restructuring for $825 million
NEC Ukrenergo proposes to postpone payments on "green" bonds for two years and other changes.

NEC Ukrenergo today announced a proposal for investors to change the terms of the issuance of "green" sustainable development Eurobonds in the amount of $825 million with a yield of 6.875% and a maturity date of November 2026.

EvaСodes, a blockchain software development company, has raised $500,000 in a round from hypra fund. As the co-founder of hypra Ihor Pertsia reported in a comment to AIN.UA, the investments will be directed to the expansion of the American and European representative offices of EvaСodes, the attraction of new blockchain engineers, and the increase of the company's client portfolio.
