Just finished an inspiring course called "Leading from the Heart & Managing with Innovation" by Eng. Abdallah Sallam (CEO of Madinat Misr) on almentor.

It focused on how real leadership is about people, values, and using innovation to make a real difference.
I learned about:

🔹 How to lead with empathy and purpose
🔹 How to use AI and innovation to grow businesses
🔹 Why ethical leadership matters more than ever

What I loved most was learning from Eng. Abdallah Sallam’s journey — from building companies like Urban Station and Minka Development, to supporting young entrepreneurs on Shark Tank Egypt.

This course gave me a new perspective on leadership — one that starts from within and drives real impact.
