Most people still open Claude like a blank chat box and then wonder why it “doesn’t change their business.” Anthropic’s latest updates are a not‑so‑subtle hint: the homepage is no longer about chatting, it’s about workflows.
Instead of one big input field, Claude now pushes you into structured spaces: Projects with persistent context, starter flows for coding, analysis, writing, and team use, and “skills” that behave more like mini‑apps than one‑off prompts. Inside Anthropic, teams report using Claude in ~60% of their work and getting ~50% productivity gains — but not because they type smarter prompts; it’s because they’ve rebuilt processes around these tools.
Real talk: the AI gap in 2026 isn’t “who has access to Claude/ChatGPT/etc.” — it’s who has turned them into repeatable systems:
- saved workflows instead of ad‑hoc chats
- shared projects with docs, guides, code and style baked in
- clear rules for what AI owns, what humans review, and what never gets delegated.
If you’re using Claude (or any LLM) today, where are you honestly:
- still living in one‑off chats,
- starting to build reusable workflows,
- or already running team‑wide Projects/Skills with shared context?
Drop your stage in the comments. If there’s interest, I can outline a practical “3‑step path” from random prompting to a lightweight, AI‑powered SOP that actually survives beyond one chat window.

Amazon MCP Server: The Revolution in Advertising Management for Sellers
Amazon just dropped a game-changer: their own MCP Server for advertising (open beta).
This isn't just another update. This is a revolution in how sellers manage campaigns.
What is MCP Server?
A connector that transmits Amazon ad data via API directly to your computer. But here's the real magic:
Any seller can now pull account data and process it using AI. No coding required.
My Story
I'm not a programmer. Until recently, I thought Python was a snake.
But with Claude and vibe coding, I built dozens of automations for my business. The process is simple:
1. Get API key (Amazon, Keepa, Helium 10)
2. Download data
3. Pass to AI
4. Set the task
AI does the rest.
Why This Matters
Today, Amazon = MATH + MARKETING.
Without data, you're searching for a black cat in a dark room.
MCP Server bridges your data and actions—no programming complexity.
What Becomes Possible
Think about these scenarios:
✅ Create complete Sponsored Products campaign? One prompt.
✅ Change budgets across 50 campaigns? One prompt.
✅ Get detailed reports with insights? One prompt.
✅ Modify keywords in 100 ad groups? Couple of prompts.
✅ Adjust bids based on conversion data? Couple of prompts.
This is reality happening right now.
Three Main Benefits
1. Low Entry Barrier
Any seller can manage ads. Just strategic understanding needed.
2. Lightning Speed
Tasks that took hours now take minutes.
3. Less Technical Burden
Set up analytics with AI prompts. No 50-sheet Excel files.
The Downsides
❌ You still need to understand Amazon advertising fundamentals
❌ AI has limitations—poorly constructed prompts = mistakes
❌ New skill required: learning to formulate tasks for AI
But this is the future. No question.
My 2026 Prediction
Within a year:
- AI agents fully managing PPC autonomously
- Automated product research (API + AI)
- Personalized analytics for each seller
- Listing creation in minutes, not hours
Sellers split into two groups:
1. AI adopters — scale faster, lower costs
2. Tech ignorers — lose market share
What to Do Now
1.Start learning AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
2.Register for MCP Server beta when available
3.Learn basic API work (easier than you think)
4.Automate one routine task this week
5.Invest in knowledge—tech changes fast
Bottom Line
MCP Server isn't just a feature. It's the beginning of a new era.
Those who adapt quickly gain enormous advantage.
Those who wait play catch-up.
Move fast if you want to win big on Amazon.
Question: Are you using AI tools in your Amazon business yet? What did you automate first?

Rufus just started talking back to advertisers — and if you run Sponsored Products, you’re already in the game whether you like it or not.
Amazon now exposes Rufus prompt data directly inside Sponsored Products reports. No new campaign types, no extra toggles: if your SP campaigns are live, you can already see which blue “Customers ask” questions Rufus showed, which ones got impressions and clicks, and which led shoppers to your products.
These prompts are not random. They’re generated from:
- your listing copy and images
- your Brand Store content
- your ad campaign data and keywords
- Amazon’s COSMO/Rufus understanding of your product.
Real talk: Rufus is learning from your catalog even if you never once thought about “AI optimization”. And buyers are no longer typing sterile keywords — they’re asking:
- “Why should I pick this brand?”
- “Will this solve my specific problem?”
- “How is it better than alternatives?”
What advanced sellers are already doing:
1. Stealing Rufus’ language – lifting exact high‑performing questions from the report and echoing that phrasing in titles, bullets, A+, Storefront and FAQ.
2. Finding content gaps – when the same question shows up in prompts but isn’t answered clearly on the page, that’s a content task, not a PPC task.
3. Feeding better inputs– updating Brand Store, Q&A and campaign keywords so Rufus has richer, safer material to build prompts and responses from.
Amazon is pushing product discovery into a dialogue, not a grid of 48 thumbnails. Winning the click is no longer enough; you have to win the conversation before the shopper ever hits “Add to Cart”.
Have you already looked at your Rufus prompt report?
What surprised you more — the questions buyers actually ask, or how badly your current listings answer them?
If there’s interest, I can share a simple “Rufus prompts → listing changes” workflow in the next post.
