Hello, my name is Max Kolot. In 2019, my partners and I founded Buildburo and in three years we made renovations in 100+ apartments and houses in Kyiv.

On 9 out of 10 objects there was a problem with the project - the design is cool, but the drawings and the technical part are weak. It creates difficulties in the implementation process - I checked it from personal experience.

My opinion is that it shouldn't be so. The top design must be supported by a complete set of intelligently designed drawings. To make renovation go smoothly.

▪️ Team includes designers and architects with extensive experience in creating projects that take into account the wishes of customers.

▪️ We make the drawings understandable so that any worker and foreman can read them.

▪️ In addition to the designer and architect, electrical, plumbing, ventilation and smart home engineers work on project sections.

▪️ Communication between the customer and our studio goes through the project manager. He coordinates the work of the team and makes project development easy for the customer.

Now the most important thing. The project itself is useless. It is created only to be realized. This is no longer our task, but the contractor's. But after the delivery of the project, we accompany the renovation, keep in touch with the builders and help them implement each stage until the final acceptance.

Привіт, мене звати Макс Колот. У 2019 році ми з партнерами заснували Buildburo і за три роки зробили ремонти у 100+ квартирах та будинках у Києві.

На 9-ти з 10-ти об'єктів виникала проблема з проєктом - класний дизайн, а креслення і технічна частина слабкі. Це створює труднощі у процесі реалізації – перевірив на особистому досвіді.

Моя думка - так не повинно бути. Топовий дизайн повинен забезпечуватись повним комплектом толково розроблених креслень. Щоби ремонт проходив безпроблемно.

Такі проекти ми розробляємо у Kolot.studio. Ось як працюємо:

▪️ У команді дизайнери та архітектори з великим досвідом у створенні проєктів, які враховують побажання клієнтів.

▪️ Робимо креслення зрозумілими, щоб будь-який майстер і виконроб могли їх прочитати.

▪️ Крім дизайнера та архітектора над розділами проєкту працюють інженери з електрики, сантехніки, вентиляції та розумного будинку.

▪️ Спілкування між замовником та нашою студією йде через менеджера проєкту. Він координує роботу команди та робить розробку проєкту простою для замовника.

Тепер найважливіше. Сам собою проєкт безкорисний. Він створюється лише, щоб бути реалізованим. Це вже не наше завдання, а підрядника. Але після здачі проєкту ми супроводжуємо ремонт, тримаємо контакт із будівельниками та допомагаємо їм реалізувати кожен етап до фінального приймання.
