Vanilla biscuits with moist chocolate filling
Ingredients:
Flour - 170 g
Butter - 125 g
Sugar - 200 g
Egg - 3 pcs.
Yogurt - 150 g
Cocoa - 40 g
Water - 60 ml
Vanillin - 1 pinch
Soda - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Milk chocolate - 90 g
Black chocolate - 30 g
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, mix sugar and room temperature butter until creamy. Then add eggs and mix thoroughly.
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, soda and salt and add to the butter mixture in portions.
3. Add yogurt, stirring gently.
4. In a separate bowl, mix cocoa with warm water.
5. Separate a third of the dough (about 260 g) into a separate container and mix it with diluted cocoa. Add vanillin to the remaining white dough.
6. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and lay in layers: first half of the white dough, then chocolate and on top the second half of the white.
7. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180ºC for 45-55 minutes.
8. Remove the cooled casserole from the mold and turn it over.
9. Melt the chocolate (milk first) in a water bath and cover the top of the finished cake with it. Then melt the black and draw the streaks.
