Have you ever wondered what lies behind the "soft-skills" term?
Nowadays people, especially HR managers, talk a lot about it, however, this theme may still remain blurry for hiring managers and engineers. In our work we often hear that people consider and evaluate ones' soft skills depending on whether the person is easy going or not.
But soft-skills aren't just about the generalized and abstract feeling of enjoyable conversation. What if we told you that this knowledge area is being examined for over 50 years? During this time the researchers did really deep work on extracting specific skills, its structuring, clustering, and proving its effectiveness.

Even an experienced manager usually has a narrow vision of the work an HR-manager should do. So it's obvious that we had started this business by studying. We thought it would be an easy way, so it was decided that there should be left no blank spots in this direction to us. As you know, ignorance is the most popular way to be confident :)
What would you like to have starting a journey first of all? Right, it's a map.
You are being led when you study in school or in university. Starting a career you think you are already the best in your sphere and decline any help. But when you start something from scratch and want to get where you want, you are starving of any structuring or guidance.
We had made our journey through hundreds of paper and online sources and found no structure or a root point. So eventually we had decided to make it by ourselves. Now we ask you to help us to make it complete. We'll make a poster further.
