Top-5 New Ways to Start a Business Email‼
📌 I hope this email finds you well. I hope everything is good.
Stop using this cliche. Are you sure that a recipient meets such phrases from a stranger cordially? Let`s have a look on alternatives for starting a letter.
Don`t use openings at all
Jump right in a business. People always don`t have much time to read email.
Something personal
Make a little research on Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. Get more information about a person. Then use it for writing something like this: “I read your blog in Forbes, the idea… impressed me”
Promise be brief
“I know you’re swamped, so I’ll be brief” - sounds good, right?
Remind about the first meeting
If you’ve met the recipient before, it never hurts to say so. Perhaps you connected briefly at a conference.
Small talk
But don`t make in empty and meaningless. Add something personal. Be more familiar, even if you don`t know each other so good.

Anti-Stereotyped Emails: How to Avoid Cliches ‼
You may never know how does the person react to your email. But there are some cliches that obviously don`t bright your text.
Greetings
Starting an email with standardized “Hello, I`m” is not a bad idea. But it depends on context. How do you move on your message and what word use?
Cliche: “How are you?”, “How are you doing?”
Alternative: jump right in business. There is nothing wrong with starting outlining the proposal, for instance. But before sending, check the tone of your text. Or you can use a small talk before it.
Apologies
You feel sorry. It happens. But there is no space for conservative apologies.
Cliche: “Sorry for the late response”
Alternative: thanks for the patience of your recipient. Explain, why did you don`t answer. But don`t justify using so many words.
Sign-offs
You finally made your unique email. End of it is a cherry on a cake. You can`t fail.
Cliche: “Looking forward to hearing from you”
Alternative: use a call-to-action. If you want to receive an answer, state a deadline - time till you will wait. “Would you please let me know before September 29th if you will join us?”
7 Boring Email Cliches, and How to Avoid Using Them When your day involves sending off multiple emails, it can be a challenge not to default to the everyday phrases we use all the time…
5 Tips to Make Your Meetings More Effective‼
A professor of organizational behavior Robert Sutton says that the most productive meetings have fewer than eight people. Harvard Business Review posted an article, gathered tips for a productive meeting. We liked this material, so propose you to read suggestions we`ve recognized from HBR`s notes.
1. Decrease the number of invited people.
An effort to not make anyone feel left out decrease the quality of the meeting. If counsel leads to less preparation, participation, and action - people often lose respect for such corporate events.
2. Tell your team about changes in meeting conditions.
Be transparent with your team. Let them know that you change the number of participants with the intention of making meetings more effective.
3. Be thoughtful with your invite list.
Ask yourself: Who must be present for the discussions to achieve good results.
4. Be clear with your team about their responsibilities.
Think about the duties of both who are invited and won`t be present at the meeting.
5. Measure your success
After the implementation of the new cast number, track and manage your meeting`s effectiveness.
Keeping meetings with eight or fewer people is a guiding principle to help you be more deliberate about who attends.

Best Follow-Up Email for Sales‼
⠀
Following up with a prospect is an essential part of marketing strategy. As it leads to strengthening the sales process and establishing a long-term relationship with prospects, follow-up results in closing more deals. There are three main ways of follow-up: calls, email, and social media.
⠀
Let’s have a close look at the following types of email follow-up:
⠀
After meeting or sales call to add value.
⠀
For keeping the deal moving forward, email lead thanking them for their time along with a summary of the call.
⠀
After you left a voicemail
⠀
In case you can’t reach your client (he can be either busy or ignore you), leaving a voicemail together with an email will be of great help. By combining two faculties – visual and auditory, you will double the impact of your message and increase the chance of receiving the answer.
After the client have opened your emails but haven’t replied.
Send such email if the sales process has reached the stage where your prospects have all the information to make a purchase decision, and yet there has been no response from them after your first or second follow-up.
