Matthew Bannister of DBOX, will be taking ‘3December’ behind the scenes discussing the entire creative process of launching a luxury residential marketing campaign in New York City. Bannister will discuss the failures and the victories, from the sketches that got discarded to those that eventually evolved into the highly transactional, visual brand marketing language of 432 Park Avenue. Bannister will also give a short talk on an initiative he spearheaded this year called ‘The Credit Revolution’, a growing movement that he feels every ArchViz designer and studio should fully understand in order to elevate the entire value of our industry as a whole. The overall thesis of Bannister’s talk will be centered around the critical role our collective intellectual property plays as invaluable currency in the larger mechanism of global real estate development. @ Lviv, Ukraine
