Optical profile grinding machines Wasino GLS-130AS with Fanuc control are for sale, semi-automatic with manual mode, made in Japan, purposed for high-precision grinding production of superhard parts made of tungsten carbide and other materials, production of carbide cutters, milling cutters, curved shaped cutters, parts of dies, molds and any tool production, there is a video in working condition.
For sale 4 units of Wasino GLS-130AS machines, manufactured in 1984, with special original circular grinding attachments for each machine, and complete original technical documentation. The machines have 2 programmable axes X,Y, can operate in both manual and automatic modes, and are equipped with vacuum cleaners for dust extraction.
The machines have undergone a positioning accuracy test and a spindle test, which is documented on the video. The electronics are very simple and maintainable, the design of the mechanical part is simple, reliable and tamper-resistant.
