Vegetarians will be happy to hear that new spot Avatara is getting involved in the Dubai Food Festival. Fresh produce and dairy products from local farms will come together to create the veggie fine dining menu inspired by humble seasonal ingredients.

This limited edition menu will include mouth-watering must-try dishes such as salted dates stuffed with crumbles of pistachio dust, a rich tomato consummé with celery and zaatar gremolata and of course 21grams’ classically crispy phyllo pie.
