We shared with the girls about the importance of understanding and handling their emotions.
Emotions are powerful, but they should not control us. When a girl learns how to process anger, fear, disappointment, and joy in a healthy way, she becomes stronger, wiser, and more confident.
At Source Mind Uganda, we believe mindset transformation includes emotional growth. A healed girl becomes a strong woman. 💛
