Families can discuss, pray and play together. Do regular physical exercise and make sure that you keep yourself hydrated (drink a lot of water) One thing I know is that Covid 19 pandemic will end soon. So keep a positive attitude, don't loose hope. Unite, love and forgive one another. Get rid of any unnecessary burden.
