Banana also makes for great finger food for babies. Some babies squeeze the banana & it turns to mush so you may want to leave some of the skin on. Simply cut a small banana in half and run a knife around the peel about 3cm from the open end. Gently peel back& cut off that strip of peel and give the banana to your baby to hold with the skin on the base.
