UCC had resolved that they would put off fake mobile phones from the network by June but it looks like there are still a lot of them out there. Just in a period of one month, I have met over four people carrying fake phones without any idea about their state. The one of my concern was one person who was confidently carrying a big green phone claiming right along with the markings on top that it was SAMSUNG galaxy S4. He had actually put in lots of money to purchase it only to find that it could not receive any signal even where RSSI values would be highest. More may follow him.
