We have made our translators and administrative employees sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement which makes them legally bound to respect our clients’ information even after they leave the company, subject to legal action. We have also put in place all electronic protocols and safeguards that ensure the protection of our data and, consequently, those of our clients. Generally, we keep the projects we translate in a safe back-up store so that our clients can benefit from new copies or updated versions of their projects. However, our clients can advise us if they would prefer us to hand-over all their originals and copies and remove their translations altogether.
