Assertive communication is key for creating a good bond and understanding between people. When we are able to communicate with assertivity in a non violent form, we are able to develop trust and rapport.

Developing empathy at the work place is about creating a good bridge with the employees through understanding, communicating assertively the needs of the organization together with being able to accept, feel and understand their views.
There is no better way to nurture empathy than creating spaces for exchange.

Finding a balance between encouragement and kind boundaries is key for any group willing to build a positive, creative and productive enviroment.
