As much as we are calling for commitment in climate action, how do we deal with uncommitted governments that are not effectively responding and addressing climate change issues in countries like ?
Besides, we note that there are existing gaps in thencapacity of legislators on issues of climate action. How are we building building their capacity to fully perform their mandate?

Uganda maintains its score on the global corruption perception index report 2024. Early this week on 11/Feb/2025, Transparency International Released the CPI report 2024 which revealed that over two thirds of countries globally had scored below 50% while 90% of countries in sub Sahara Africa scored below 50%. Uganda maintained a score of 26% with a current position of 140/180 countries. During this launch, TIU was joined by Anti Corruption Coalition Uganda, Climate Action Network Uganda and Transparency International .This years' report' theme is Corruption and Climate Change.
