We are hosting a performance review meeting bringing together Drop-In Center (DIC) teams and ROM staff to reflect on progress and strengthen service delivery for high-risk populations across Kampala.
This is aimed at reviewing key indicators such as HIV testing and PrEP uptake, linkage, retention, and reporting, while openly addressing challenges affecting performance, including follow-up gaps and service integration.
