In the quiet villages of Mayuge District, girls as young as 13 are dropping out of school because unintended pregnancies. The crushing weight of stigma and complications due to early pregnancies, have forced them to the sidelines of their dreams.

At Bulamu Bridge, we believe no pregnant teenager should walk the journey of motherhood alone.

Through digital tools, maternal healthcare, mental health support, and reproductive health education, we are building a lifeline for teenage mothers in underserved communities. From essential maternal kits to antenatal and postnatal care, we’re creating safe, judgment-free spaces where young girls can heal, learn, and reclaim their futures.
