1 and half kilo Lamb Shanks
30 ml Lemon Juice
30 ml Orange Juice
50 ml Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
I Tablespoon Tomato Paste
2 Tablespoons Mustard
2 Tablespoons Date Syrup
1 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika
Salt
Pepper
1 Tablespoon Oregano
Fresh Sage, Thyme & Rosemary
2 Kilo Potatoes
Orange Silces

Place it in the oven at 220 degrees for 2.5 hours covered with the lid. Then 30 mins before it’s ready, to get that golden colour of the meat do it 180 degrees without the lid.
