Did You Know⁉️ "One of the cheapest, easiest, and most important ways you can keep your child safe from disease is to get them to wash their hands frequently."
✅You can use any temperature of water to wash your hands. Cold water and warm water are equally effective at killing germs and viruses – as long as you use soap!
✅Germs spread more easily from wet skin than from dry skin, so drying your hands completely is an important step. Paper towels or clean cloths are the most effective way to remove germs without spreading them to other surfaces.
✅In general, both handwashing with soap and water and hand sanitizer, when done correctly, are highly effective at killing most germs and pathogens.

But if your hands look dirty, you should wash them with soap and water. Although hand sanitizer is often more convenient when you are outside of the home, it is less effective on visibly dirty hands. Also, alcohol-based hand sanitizer does not kill all kinds of bacteria and viruses, for example, certain diarrhea-causing viruses. It can also be toxic if swallowed and it should be stored out of reach of children and used only under adult supervision

Did You Know⁉️ That keeping an aloe vera plant at home can have a positive impact on your health, your surroundings, and even your mood?
✅One of the biggest advantages of keeping an aloe vera plant at home is its ability to purify the air. Aloe vera absorbs carbon dioxide and releases oxygen, which helps in keeping the air fresh and clean. This is especially helpful if you live in a city or an area with a lot of pollution. Cleaner air in your home means better breathing and fewer allergens, making aloe vera a natural air purifier that doesn’t need electricity.

Did You Know⁉️ "Sleeping with wet hair creates a moist environment that’s ideal for fungal growth, particularly on your scalp"
Fungi like Malassezia thrive in damp conditions, and an overgrowth can lead to scalp issues such as dandruff or even more severe conditions like seborrheic dermatitis.
Over time, this can result in itching, flaking, and inflammation, making your scalp uncomfortable and unhealthy.
✅Sleeping with wet hair can contribute to a decrease in body temperature, potentially weakening your immune system and making you more susceptible to illness. In colder weather, this risk is even higher.
✅When you sleep with wet hair, moisture can transfer to your pillowcase, creating a breeding ground for bacteria. Over time, this can lead to an accumulation of bacteria and allergens in your bedding, which can affect your skin and respiratory health.
Sleeping with wet hair can result in a restless night. The sensation of dampness can be uncomfortable, and your hair is more likely to tangle as you move around during sleep.
These tangles can be difficult to manage in the morning, leading to more time spent on haircare and potentially more damage when you try to brush them out.

The major source of our body's vitamin D comes from our own production in the skin. This requires the ultraviolet rays from sunlight to form vitamin D3; both the liver and the kidneys are needed to then create the active form of vitamin D.

Those with inadequate sun exposure -- including disabled people, infants, the elderly, dark-skinned people, and those who live at northern latitudes during the winter -- are at risk of low vitamin D3 production, which can lead to a loss of bone density and an increased risk of fractures. Disabled people and infants are often less likely to go outdoors, and people over the age of 70 don't produce vitamin D3 from their skin as effectively. As for people with darker skin, they have more melanin, so less UV light gets absorbed to create vitamin D3. They need more sun exposure to produce vitamin D3 than those with lighter skin.

“Infertility is two-way whereby it can be on a man’s side or it can be on the woman’s side. Infertility, according to the World Health Organization, occurs in two ways: below 35 and above 35 years of age. If you are above 35, infertility is when you have unprotected regular s*x without Family Planning and you cannot conceive for a period of twelve months. Then if a couple is below 35 years, it is when you have continued unprotected regular s*x without any Family Planning method for a period of six months without conceiving. It broadly happens in men and women. It can be either the man or the woman who is infertile,”

“It [infertility] has various treatment options depending on the cause, they are several causes. If the cause is blocked tubes, the woman’s egg cannot be reached by s***ms. So there is a barrier between the s***m and the woman’s egg. We can unblock the tubes through several procedures. If a woman has anything concerning hormonal imbalance, we can use some drugs to balance her hormones, especially hormone repressing therapies which replace the hormone that is not balancing. Then she can conceive. If a woman has fibroids, maybe they have blocked the tubes or anything that has blocked the tubes; we remove the fibroids or give her drugs to shrink the fibroids. If there is any anatomical issue like a woman cannot conceive because she does not have any ovaries or she does not have reproductive organs which can produce an egg, there we can opt for IVF…In vitro fertilization or donation,” he informs.

Adding, “We get someone’s eggs and we fertilize them outside the body in a laboratory. After fertilizing them with a man’s s***ms, we transplant an embryo from the laboratory to the woman’s uterus, if she has a uterus and other organs are not working. For a man, if there is a problem with his s***m, especially those people with a low s***m count; we can use some drugs to improve the s***m quality. ~

"Nail biting, scientifically known as onychophagia, is a common habit that affects many individuals."
✅One of the most immediate risks of eating your nails is the increased likelihood of infections. Your hands come into contact with various surfaces throughout the day, collecting bacteria and germs.
✅One of the most immediate consequences of nail biting is damage to the nail structure itself. Your nails are composed of keratin, a protein that forms a protective barrier.
✅Gastrointestinal problems
Swallowing nail fragments can introduce foreign materials into your digestive system. Your stomach may struggle to process these hard bits, potentially leading to digestive issues like nausea, vomiting, or even constipation.
