Violence is often exacerbated by further marginalization. Marginalized groups experience higher rates of GBV and face greater barriers to justice. Their voices are often the last heard—but they must be first in our response. Inclusive protection means accessible services for all and special protections for high-risk groups. No one should be left behind.
