I don’t know why it took so long to get a gutter on here and a rain barrel in place… lol. Thank you Joe’s gutters in Abbeville

Man I'm such a procrastinator at times... Oh well time allowed the proper insight to do this job right the first time. These remnants of the old homestead will not only be repurposed but they're also completely load bearing so that they essentially are the form. Now who's ready to play in the mud and build a pizza oven???

I believe we have a total of 7 asparagus beds now. I extended last years bed out to help it drain and added on to the 2 I had already completed. Almost 2k bare root plants going in the ground and another 200 I planted last year.

More blueberries going in. Silage tarps really do wonders for planting :)

Our Story

So why the name Prohpetable Farms? Lord knows it’s not about profit, and thus far we’re not making any...lol. Anyone that has talked to us knows that our passion is “preaching the prophecy” of our need to return to nature. To our “natural state” if you will. To know where our food comes from, and how the current system is failing us in that department. An old Hopi Indian prophecy says that “not until the last fish is caught, and the last tree is cut will man realize he can’t eat money”. God willing the future of Prophetable Farms will be here to inspire and educate, and to sell our tasty goods that inspire you to plant a garden, or a tree, or build an earthen building, or cob oven.
