This Department is responsible for the timely and effective collection and servicing of consumer loans in accordance with regulation and corporate policies and procedures.

Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.

Fully manages assigned portfolio.

Handles customer service inquiries and complaints, and if necessary, performs research duties to resolve a borrower's more complex issue.

Responds to inbound correspondence (email and regular mail), telephone calls and voicemails in accordance with departmental Service Level Agreement.

Collects delinquent accounts from date acquired to date paid in full. This includes maintaining accurate and current customer information through contact with customers by various means of communication.
