Congratulations to Northern State University senior Madi Jones, winner of the 2026 Aberdeen Business Pitch Competition!

Jones earned the competition's $10,000 grand prize for CR8 Soda, a specialty drink shop concept she plans to bring to the Aberdeen area. Her vision includes operating the business from a repurposed, modern shipping container.

Hosted by the Northern Innovation and Startup Center in partnership with the Aberdeen Development Corporation, the Aberdeen Business Pitch Competition helps aspiring entrepreneurs turn innovative ideas into reality.
