Job Posting: Employment Lead Worker - Pacific County
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This position will be primarily stationed in Pacific County and serve as a lead worker primarily for Pacific County with support to Grays Harbor County. This position will be providing assistance to the Employment Coordinator for all employment programs by coaching and providing onsite assistance and training for all employment staff. You also will regularly conduct audits of services provided to ensure contract compliance and ensure that information and training are communicated with employment staff. You will assist the Employment Coordinator in preparing for onsite contract compliance visits and fill in to provide employment services at times.
