BOLO: an older model white Chevy 2D truck with damage to rf drove up to my farm this afternoon and driver (white, short curly black hair; 30s; gap between front teeth (or rot on rf tooth)) tried to sell me a western saddle. From what I could see of it (on floor of passenger side), it was dark/reddish brown with tooling. He had the affect of someone on crack or m**h. A police report has been filed and they have been given above description as well as the license plate as I saw it (partly obscured by hitch ball.
