The liner maintenance crew is responsible for all aspects of liner maintenance plant care. The crew ensures that a high percentage of plants meet extablished company grades and standards. Meeting these objectives requires the ability to function both independently and as a member of a team. Jobs and tasks will change based on the seasonal needs of the plants.
-Maintenance of plants including but not limited to: clipping, mowing, hedging, vacuuming, shading, dead pulling, plant condensing, plant movement, weeding.
-Crop protection, greenhouse venting (opening/closing doors), tool and equipment maintenance/cleanup.
-Take part and uphold Nursery Cleanliness Guidlines.
-Work in other departments as needed/instructed to meet company objectives.
