We took part in the New Life Church Trunk or Treat last night. We brought an unorthodox Trunk lol! We had fun and the kids were all so cute.

What is your expected wait time after placing your order at a food truck?

This process to open is taking a lot longer than expected, anytime you work with the state it takes longer.

Anyway on a positive note, we should get the trailer wrapped with the new logo this week, we plan to have a soft opening at Forte’ Living when we get our license.

We will focus on burgers and side to begin with. We will have the best gourmet burger in Aberdeen.

Many people ask me how and why my mission is to have to best gourmet burger in Aberdeen, simple, I have road Harley’s thousands of miles to find the best burger and I will not do anything if I can’t do it better than everyone else. I will use the best burger, the best buns and the best condiments, we will push to use all local ingredients.
