3 Keys to weight loss and in life
Responsibility - take total and complete responsibility for yourself, your life and your actions. Placing blame on other factors or individuals in life, while sometimes deserved, does not help to get you to your goal. Take responsibility, figure out what happened, course correct, and dont let it happen again.
Education - Educate yourself. Educate yourself in all aspects whether it be general or to a specific field and/or discipline. There no excuse to not at least have some basis of knowledge in your particular endeavor. Strive to always learn more and how to apply it to your journey.
Participation - Play an active role in your life. Actually put in effort. Do that and you'll see results. Whether it be in the gym, work or relationships. Good effort, even if it's misguided, goes further then unutilized knowledge.

- Limitations⁉️ More like excuses. If you aren't seeing the progress you want, have an honest conversation with yourself. Assess how hard you're actually working. How consistent are you on you're diet? 99%? 80%? Or maybe it's more like 60%. Are you focused during your workout? Or are you sitting on your phone? Figure out what changes you need to make before blaming things on buzzwords like metabolism, body type, detox, or whatever else the supplement industry would have you believe. Keep it simple. Work hard. Give it time. Repeat.
