Say hello to Odin—a 3-year-old Great Pyrenees/St. Bernard mix tipping the scales at about 145 pounds… but don’t let his size fool you! This gentle giant is as sweet as they come, just ask our team! ❤️

Odin has done great during his time at the shelter with no issues reported. He’d thrive best in a farm setting where he has room to roam and a job to do. Because of his size and needs, he would do best in a home with no kids. He’s unsure about cats, but may do well with another dog his size.

🚨 Important: Odin cannot be adopted within Brown County, so please help us spread the word to friends and family outside the area who might be the perfect fit!

Aberdeen Public Schools and Aberdeen Catholic Schools placed into lockdown status Friday.

According to a recorded message from Aberdeen Central Principal Jason Uttermark “There is an active situation today in the neighborhood around Central High school.”

Residents are encouraged to stay away from the Aberdeen Central neighborhood for the time being. More information is expected to be released.

Lola is a 5–6 year old heeler mix with lots of energy and love to give! She’s an active girl who would thrive with a family that can keep up with her playful spirit. Lola does great with kids and cats, and while she hasn’t lived with other dogs before, we think she’d do just fine with the right introduction. 💛
