The Stockton Maple Project team invites you to our Maple Festival on SATURDAY, May 16th from 1 PM–5 PM at Hidden Sands Brewery in EHT! 🍁
We’ll have local vendors, sap and maple syrup tastings, and a special coffee maple porter collaboration with Hidden Sands Brewery. It’s a free family-friendly event with lots of activities throughout the day including:
• Face painting by Bin’s Art from 1:30–4:30
• Free red maple saplings to take home
• Maple snow cones and fresh cotton candy
• A maple salsa garden make-and-take activity
• Corn hole and nature art projects
• Demonstrations on brewing beer, tapping trees, and boiling sap
• A showing of The Lorax with hot popcorn
• Tastings of 3 different maple syrups
We’d love to see you there and help us celebrate maple season and our local community!!

Stockton Maple Project is partnering with Stockton dining for FREE tastings of locally crafted sweets and servings of recipes made with our maple syrup!! Stop by to taste from 9:30-12:15 and enjoy tours of our grove and sugar shack where we make syrup right on campus! Open to all students, staff, and the public. We will be located in the campus center event room on Monday, April 27th!!
