When I started making ambitious, goal oriented transitions in my life, some people around me discouraged me.

They could not understand my vision + that's okay.

I was a bit frustrated, and I believe that was the point.

I had to realize that my frustration was not due to their point of view or lack of support.

These feelings were a reflection of my own fears + anxiety with starting on a new path, all on my own.

I came to realize that they were projecting their personal fears + insecurities onto me.
