This week: chocolate chip cookies, coconut chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodles, oatmeal raisin cookies, cinnamon roll sourdough focaccia, and a few loaves of sourdough. Honestly, it was just so hot baking, this was all I could muster. Although tomorrow there will be herbed focaccia and chocolate chip swirl cookies with toffee.

Sourdough cinnamon roll focaccia. Unroll the cinnamon roll, make it a light fluffy bread and then form deep pockets to hold the butter, cinnamon, and sugar. A drizzle of icing that’s just right. Pairs perfectly with coffee and works with every part of your day as a sweet treat.
