Working on a classic ’57 Thunderbird and ran into a common issue with reproduction parts. Even though the replacement part was “correct,” the arm location was completely different from the original.

⚠️ With classic cars, aftermarket parts don’t always fit or function like factory originals, which can turn a simple repair into a much bigger project.
