This year I’m going to do something different for Thanksgiving...

On Nov 8th, my 8 day old niece Kamri had to be medflighted to Children’s in OKC for viral meningitis and 2 days later her mommy had to undergo surgery to remove some remaining placenta that got left behind. My brother and SIL are self employed so the insurance they do have isn’t going to cover a fraction of the cost of medical bills.

They would never ask for help. So if I could help take some of the stress and worry off their shoulders then that’s what I’m going to try to do!

So... Thanksgiving & Pies.. Where do they come in?? I’m going to offer 4 pies this year.. Pecan, Pumpkin, Chocolate Cream, & Coconut Cream. $20/pie and 100% of the proceeds will go to Baby Kamri & CJ’s medical bills.

They are both back home now and on the road to recovery. God is good!
