Ranch Camp begins in almost 2 weeks! Children will be fascinated with the story of Joseph (Old Testament). Day 4 of chapel features Joseph in charge of Egypt. His brothers who had sold him into slavery arrived from the land of Canaan to purchase grain. Fearing for their lives, Joseph surprises them when he forgives them. He told them: "...don’t be angry with yourselves for selling me to this place. It was God who sent me here ahead of you to preserve your lives." Genesis 45:5 Joseph is perhaps the most beautiful picture of Jesus in the OT. He willingly forgives even though we are so undeserving!
