Pilates with Kerstyn

Everyday is different around here. Today I needed to finish planning classes for tonight and tomorrow, the baby wasn't quite ready for a nap and I noticed that this workout room needed a little cleaning.

Not sure if this is my best or worst parenting moment but was able to cross a few things off the list. 💥

I love finding inspiration from instructors all over the country! This one lived up to its name - HEAT! 💦

Yeah... it’s been a while, but grateful that there are virtual classes, FaceTime sessions and technology to keep the fitness part of our lives on track!
