“I opened a Home Depot Credit Account in 2011 when I was doing some home construction and had since paid off my balance in full. This last December I purchased $29 worth of Christmas lights on the Home Depot credit account. They said that I authorized email statements during that transaction…which I had not. Now because I wasn't getting my mailed statements, my $29 purchase was up to $127 because of late fees.
