Small Family Farm in Ada, OH. Hay, Grass Fed Beef, Dexter Cattle, Goats, and Sheep
Moved pastures this morning. Although a primarily grass fed farm, they all get to sample grain at some point, just to help when I need to get their attention.

We got our cattle work day done on Saturday.
Vaccines, dewormer, tagging, banding, and magnets.
Great crew and once we found our groove, it went pretty efficient. So grateful for the help and attitudes. Nobody was verbally abused except a cow or two!! A few bumps and bruises to show for it!
Next up, getting all the cows and heifers bred.

Some winter excitement:
We've added Dexter/Lowline crosses to our herd. We will still be raising registered Dexters as well. We just had an opportunity to expand a little.
Two of the heifers calved this week so we have a bull calf and a heifer! Three more to go!
