Got to do a full tear out on a older home here locally in Ada! The home had old rotten floor joists, mud seal and some debris beneath the old floor; not a problem for the guys! Got the house leveled out on all new floor joists, mud seal and installed new subfloor!

Finally caught a break in the weather here in Ada and water-proofed this shop’s foundation with a double pipe French drain and overflow catch box. No more puddles after heavy rain!
