We go out and pick the berries, bring them back and sort them into "ripe" and "not-quite-ripe", for your convenience!

The plan is to have them available on Tuesdays and Fridays.

You heard that right. We have a Nutrimill in-store waiting to be used by you at only $1 per pound.

Freshly milled flour contains no added fillers and retains all parts of the grain ensuring you get the FULL spectrum of nutrients, which are often lost in processed flours. One of the benefits of milling your own flour is the noticeable freshness, while processed flour often sits on the store shelf for extended periods, losing important nutrients and flavors.
