On May 11, 2026, our Grand Rapids Township team welcomed Jessie Austin as Client Experience Director and Operations Coordinator at the East Beltline location.

Jessie brings more than 35 years of executive leadership experience across higher education, legal administration, nonprofit, and private equity. She was recently recognized as one of Michigan’s Most Influential Women, honoring her leadership, dedication, and professional impact.

In her role, Jessie will help lead client experience initiatives and enhance operational efficiency as the team continues to grow.

We are thrilled the team was able to secure her in a highly competitive market. Beckie, Leah, and Amy are excited to welcome her to their high-performing branch.

Outside of work, Jessie is actively involved in her church and community. She is a proud mother and grandmother who enjoys bowling, sporting events, beach time, and spending quality time with family and friends.
