✨Protect While Sleeping
Use a satin or silk bonnet or pillowcase to reduce friction and keep your locs lint-free and neat while you sleep. Personally, I prefer and recommend all my clients use a scarf at night.

✨Separate Locs After Washing
To avoid locs marrying (joining together), gently separate them at the roots while damp, especially after washing.

✨Hands Off
Avoid excessive twisting, pulling, or playing with your locs. Constant manipulation can weaken your roots and cause thinning over time.
